Testimonials

We care about our clients, they are our greatest asset!

We couldn’t be happier with Athos. The team is always professional and incredibly thorough. Every corner of our home is spotless—they work efficiently and are super friendly. It always feels like being in a brand-new home when they were done. It’s such a huge help and after working all week, it’s a relief. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning!

We have been using Aline and her team for almost 3 years now and cannot say enough good things about them! Our house smells amazing and sparkles when they are done and I love all of the personal touches throughout the house (my kids look forward to seeing how they’ve arranged the animals on their beds and what new patterns they fold the towels and tissues!) Their team is professional, respectful and has great communication. I would wholeheartedly recommend Athos cleaning services!

Amanda S.

We have been working with Athos for about three months now. They are prompt, efficient and thorough. I also feel that their pricing is very fair.

If you are looking for someone to clean your home, I would definitely recommend Athos.

Athos Cleaning Service does an amazing job! Their staff are friendly, trustworthy and easy to work with, especially Aline, who helps coordinate their visits. Their teams are very thorough and efficient – they don’t miss a spot (and even change our sheets)! I love coming home to a sparkling, fresh smelling, and clean house! Highly recommend them!

We’ve worked with Athos for 4 years for regular consistent home cleanings. Athos has a great team and great communication. We have special requests and they always responded and accommodated us. Now if there is a new team member they always ensure everyone knows how we like our house cleaned. Highly recommend reaching out and working with the Athos if you like a clean home!

I have been using Athos for over a year now, and have been very happy with their services. They were recommended to me by my realtor prior to moving into our new home. They were able to give the house a thorough cleaning all while I was out of town, including cleaning of major appliances. I have continued to use them ever since and really appreciate the job they do, but also I love that I have almost always had the same crew, and they are always on time and able to stick to the schedule. They are also very sweet and kind to my children who have a tendency to get in the way by wanting to help, but they don’t seem bothered at all! Athos does a wonderful job cleaning our house and I am so grateful to them for giving our home the deep clean it needs on a biweekly basis. I would recommend Athos without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service.

They do a great job, and the employees are always friendly and courteous. Sometimes I have needed to change cleaning days, and it has never been a problem. The flexibility really helps. I am so happy to have found Athos Cleaning Services!

We started using Athos Cleaning Services a few months ago for our Airbnb vacation short-term rental and we couldn’t be any happier with the service they have provided us. The cleaning crew does such a good job and leaves our house in pristine condition for all our guests. They are always on time and have been flexible with last minute bookings. We consider Athos part of our successful team and couldn’t be running our rental without them!

Kristin P.

Athos was the only cleaning service that was open on Saturday for me. I had to move quickly and they sent cleaners that were fast, thorough, and lovely! They did a great job. If I’m ever in the Richmond area again, I would highly recommend!

Gurleen V.

Athos Cleaning Services is absolutely outstanding in every way. They are always thorough, professional, polite and on time. After several tries with other agencies and individuals, we were thrilled to finally find the right service with Athos. I highly recommend them!

Catherine S.

I have used a few cleaning services over the years and this is the best. They are professional, on time, (and if there is a change in time Aline always texts us to let us know,) and they do a great job cleaning. With other services, after a few months I find that the cleaning isn’t as thorough as it was when the crew started, and there were always different staff coming to my home. This is not the case with Athos. The owners are usually with another employee and they make sure everything gets done the way it should be. I highly recommend Athos Cleaning.

We have been using the Athos team for the last two years. They provide excellent cleaning service, are comfortable around pets, and do nice detailed work. I heartily recommend them.

Great quality and great value! We’ve been blessed to have this company for over a year and hope to have them forever! We’re in an over-55 community. We reached out to neighbors for a recommendation and this company was #1 recommended. Hubby and I each have physical limitations now. We’ve had similar services in years past when we had more mobility. We’ve paid more for less. None were as good as this company provides. When I say that ‘they go the extra mile’ , I mean that they clean primary interior window surfaces, the microwave and the Keurig, polish the appliance surfaces, polish the kitchen sinks, empty the shredder, remove all the trash as they leave…all above and beyond. They bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies. We only provide paper towels and trash bags. When the team leaves we find cruise ship touches in our towels and toilet paper, and the house sparkles and smells SO fresh😊! Sometimes the team that shows up is new, but the service is always on time, consistent and over-the-top stellar. This company makes our lives better, and we are so very grateful.

Absolutely thrilled with the cleaning service we have received with Athos! Every two weeks, like clockwork, the team arrives ready to transform our space. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it shows in the results.

What sets them apart is their consistency. Everything is left spotless, and the air in our home just feels fresher after a cleaning. The company is extremely punctual. They never cancel, and if they need to move days (very rare), they communicate ahead of time and work to accomodate schedules.
They’re incredibly respectful of our space and privacy, working efficiently and quietly. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch cleaning with a personal touch.

In our 35+ years working with a number of professional house cleaning companies in Florida and Virginia, Athos Cleaning Service may be the best of the bunch. Thorough. Conscientious. Attention to detail. Athos gets high marks in every respect — and that is saying something because my wife and I have very high standards and Athos has exceeded our expectations. I gave Athos 5 stars because that’s all I could give. If want a cleaning company you can depend on, I highly recommend Athos.

We just completed finishing our basement and our whole house needed cleaning from the sheet rocking and painting dust all over. We found Athos online, called on a Friday. Owner came to our house on Saturday. Scheduled her team for early Sunday. Wow! Great responsiveness! The Athos crewed arrived on time, were pleasant, hardworking and very thorough when they did a deep cleaning for our the basement and whole main floor of our house. Thank you Athos Team!!!!

Been using Athos for almost two years now. They’ve been absolutely great to work with! They have met every request with a solution. They have gone absolutely overboard in services provided for cost. And the best part about it is they send the same person to my house every week so while I may not be there, we have a great system and I know exactly what to expect when I return home. Taizi has been an absolute god send and made my life so much easier and more enjoyable not having to think about the little things she takes care of for me without being asked!

We have been using Athos for a monthly cleaning for several months. The ladies are always kind, prompt, and do a great job. I feel safe having them in my home as they are both vaccinated and both wear well-fitting medical grade masks. I appreciate their level of skill so much that I referred the company to a friend who now uses them as well.

Big fans of Aline and her girls! They were recommended by a close friend and always leave our house cleaner then we’ve ever been able to get it. It’s the best day of the month when we come home to a super clean smelling and feeling home. We’ve tried a couple companies and none come close to Athos!

George G.

Very professional, efficient and friendly service! I like not being dependent on a single person, so if someone needs to take time off, we don’t get left in the lurch. Aline is flexible, reliable and very invested in making sure you receive quality service with her crews. She is also fluent in English, if that is a concern for you. We’ve never had a problem with no-shows and have used her company for several years. I like supporting a local company, especially one that does a good job, is reliable, and affordable.
